How to request deletion of information associated with M23 services.

Request deletion

Email info@m23affect.com with the subject line M23 Data Deletion Request.

Information to include

Include the email address or platform account associated with your request and identify the M23 service or media brand involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or other sensitive credentials.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is authorized, and delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Platform permissions

You may also remove M23-connected permissions directly through the settings of the relevant third-party platform. Removing an integration may stop future access but does not replace a deletion request for information already provided to us.
