How to request deletion of information associated with M23 services.

Email info@m23affect.com with the subject line M23 Data Deletion Request.

Information to include

Include the email address or platform account associated with your request and identify the M23 service or media brand involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or other sensitive credentials.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is authorized, and ordinarily complete a verified request within 30 days, unless applicable law permits additional time. We will delete or anonymize applicable personal information and connected-platform credentials unless limited retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or audit-integrity purposes.

Platform permissions

You may remove M23-connected permissions directly through the relevant platform. For TikTok, revoke M23 Engine in your TikTok security/application settings to stop future authorized access. Revocation stops future access but does not itself delete records already provided to M23; use the request process above for those records.
